Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Emperiox, our goal is to build long-term partnerships with our clients by delivering consistent and measurable results. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

Contract Duration

  • All service agreements are based on a fixed 6-month contract, with clearly defined deliverables and timelines.

  • The initial 6-month contract is non-cancellable. Clients are expected to remain committed for the full term to allow proper execution of strategy and measurable growth.

Contract Renewal & Cancellation

  • After the completion of the initial 6-month term, a new 6-month contract may be initiated for continued service.

  • After the first 6 months, clients may cancel the renewed contract at any time by providing a 30-day written notice.

  • No cancellations or refunds are allowed during any active 6-month contract period.

Refund Policy

  • As the initial contract term is fixed, no refunds will be issued for early termination during that period.

  • Payments made for services already delivered or initiated are non-refundable.

  • One-time setup fees, third-party costs (such as advertising spend or software tools), and custom project fees are also non-refundable.
